Surp has a vast amount of real estate knowledge as he's been in the industry since 1991, that's 30 years of which 29.5 years have been with Sutton 1st West. His experiences consist of general real estate & rural properties sales, experience in new residential construction sales, land assembly, land rezoning & development, and has knowledge in general commercial real estate. He is also a licensed residential builder since 2006, having built detached residential homes in Metro Vancouver & Fraser Valley areas.

In 2018, Michael appointed Surp to become the Managing Broker of Sutton 1st West. The transformation of management style has encouraged our existing agents and new agents to merge and create a unified team spirit with ultimate support for each other.

Surp has taken the lead to re-energize the offices, assist agent's growth, expand the brokerage, and added services by initiating an ongoing educational training program and Rental Property Management.
