As Business Development Director of Sutton 1st West, Bill brings with him his 30+ years of leadership and strategic planning skills in real estate marketing and business development.

Bill started his real estate journey working as the General Manager of Concert Properties for 10 years before moving onto becoming Vice President of Sales & Marketing at MacDonald Realty for nearly 2 years. Bill then transitioned to a new opportunity as Associate Vice President of Business Development | Residential Marketing and Sales for Colliers-International and acted as their Western Canada Director of Residential Sales with international offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong.

In 2015, Bill joined the emerging brokerage Oakwyn Realty as President of Marketing and was responsible for its exponential growth into a flagship brokerage in the Lower Mainland in residential and project sales. At Oakwyn, he developed their robust culture of community, people, and service.

Bill is excited to be a part of the Sutton 1st West family.
